You also agree that should there occur a breach, application, clarification, or authority of this Privacy Statement shall be by arbitration and waive all rights to a judge or jury trial to resolve your claim. You also waive your right to class, combined, or representative ability. You agree that should a dispute arise, all or any disputes shall be resolved first by written notice given a party 30 days to resolve the dispute. If a resolution is not successful in this manner, then it should be determined only by arbitration. You waive your right to use a federal, state, or local court or agency to resolve the validity of the voidability of the Privacy Statement. The arbitrator shall have the ultimate authority to resolve any disagreement arising from the applicability, enforceability, or interpretation.


In the result that all or portion of our resources is traded or attained by a supplementary party, or in the cause of a merger, you allow us the right to allocate your data collected by FIND MY SPHERE CARD™, SPHERE CARD®, and SPHERE CARD, LLC to the attaining party.
